Tour Description
On this tour, we’ll get out of the town and out into the countryside surrounding Siem Reap. You’ll visit local villages and meet the villagers who will be happy to meet you. You can see their farming lifestyle on the land and water.
We’ll also visit the rice paddy fields which provides most of the income for the farmer. There are also lotus farms and many animals to see including cows, buffalos, birds, chickens, ducks. We’ll also see traditional houses on stilts on the floating villages of the Tonle Sap Lake.
Tour Notes
We’ll be out in the open for a lot of the day, so make sure you bring sunscreen. You will take a boat ride out to the village and all safety equipment (life vests) are provided.
